About Us

We're a 13 year old privately owned professional event coordinating company. We have many events including fairs, festivals, markets and social events throughout the year to help boost the local economy. Our events are free public admission and free parking for our guests. We strive to provide successful events with excellent opportunities for local businesses to associate their selves with. We believe by purchasing from local vendors & small businesses it keeps your money in circulation within the local community, creating & maintaining local jobs and sustainability. When supporting your local small businesses, not only are you supporting someone's dream but you're supporting local families! Our community events support our local small businesses, residents and charities as well as provide fun for all! We truly appreciate our sponsors who support us and the local community!

    Sponsor Attendance Policy

    Sponsor payments reserve space at a specific event date. Because marketing and space planning begin immediately, payments are generally non-refundable.

    However, we understand things happen:

    • Sponsors who miss an event may request a one-time courtesy transfer to another event within 60 days, subject to availability.
    • Requests must be made within 48 hours of the missed event.
    • Transfers may not be used repeatedly for multiple no-shows.
    • Please let your reps know that they must stay set up until the end of the event. Thank you!

This sponsorship is perfect for businesses looking to gain visibility at a single Farmers Market date without a long-term commitment. The ability to promote your business directly to market attendees. Commercial and professional services are welcome through this sponsorship option. We do have some restrictions to follow.
