Sponsor Attendance Policy
Sponsor payments reserve space at a specific event date. Because marketing and space planning begin immediately, payments are generally non-refundable.
However, we understand things happen:
- Sponsors who miss an event may request a one-time courtesy transfer to another event within 60 days, subject to availability.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of the missed event.
- Transfers may not be used repeatedly for multiple no-shows.
- Please let your reps know that they must stay set up until the end of the event. Thank you!
